It's not often that you can find a tech that will come to your house, especially the same day you call. The gentleman that came was very nice and friendly, knew how to listen to my problem and responded accordingly. Unfortunately my problem was not one that could be fixed, so after a discussion I was able to purchase another tower form him at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.

I rang Hussein at 4pm today, in desperation because my screen had broken and I could not access anything on my MacBook Air. I was beyond stressed! Hussein arrived at my house, at 7.30pm with a new screen and within an hour I was up and running again. That kind of service is second to none, and I cannot recommend his services highly enough - he is a total legend! He was polite and courteous, giving my son some cooking tips whilst he was working, humming along to whatever we had playing and unfazed by the dogs.
